I agree, keep it as private as possible. Thanks for getting it set up nstewart!

And for the brining, keeping it simple works fine, but I do like to add either brown sugar or honey to the basic salt & water brine and I usually crack a garlic clove and throw it in too. It's still simple, but those two things make it super delicious! I don't have a dutch oven yet, but I want to get one after we move for sure!
