Hey BrookeM, your message is SO timely for me, as I have 18.5 week old twins, and am struggling with anxiety and depression. It's rough for me, my kids, and husband...my heart goes out to you. Feel free to pm me or post on here. You're not alone, but it often feels like it (for me, at least).

hug2.gif I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hey Hun. I suffered PND with my daughter around 4 months old (had a miscarriage soon after) then with my son the first 2 weeks were crazy, the dr thinks I went into a postnatal phycosis. I'm currently on 100mg of pristiq and 2mg Valium of a morning. It got really bad at one stage, my partner is the same.. Never been through it so he doesn't understand... I was in the ER for a panic attack greensad.gif I still get anxious of a morning but it's slowly getting better. I believe my hormones play a huge part! Xx

im 21 i have chronic anxiety and depression since i was in 6th grade. i have a two year old and i hit ppd about 3 months after my daughter was born. I still have my really bad days. I talked to my midwife about it when it started, i was on meds not til i was REALLY bad. I had weeks when i was made to get in the shower, my baby however i did take care 24-7 like a mother is suppose to. I had a c section which was hard enough all on its own. If anyone wants to pm me that's completely fine, i really feel alone most days myself.
