First, to get excess moisture out after draining, I put them in a salad spinner and then pat dry with a towel before putting them into a large baking pan. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil and toss and then sprinkle garlic salt or whatever seasoning you prefer. Bake at 400 degrees and stir them around every 15 minutes or so for even roasting. Bake for a total of approx 30-45 minutes depending on your desired level of crunch.
