@rosie2727 I have nausea and (tmi) diarrhea before each AF. Usually. These past two 'cycles' have been symptom for all my major symptoms. How're you feeling lately? Btw, I snuck one of my hcg and lh wondfos from DH. The lh still has a faint second line and hcg is one bold line. I'm okay with that. It's still too early. smile.gif

Hi everyone. Guess I belong here.  Love seeing all the BFP at the beginning.  Very hopeful!  I am currently cycle day 7 on our first cycle of ttc number 3.  Kinda of excited and nervous.  Some days I wonder if we can handle 3.  Have an appointment with doctor tomorrow to discuss stuff.  Would like to run tests this cycle to see if I am ovulation.  I have PCOS.  #1 was a Cinnamon, Low carb, clomid baby  #2 low carb cinnamon baby

Currently doing Cinnamon and a Gluten free Low Carb diet

Welcome, cagirlintexas!  What's a cinnamon diet?  I have been eating tons of cinnamon in the past months, so maybe I'm inadvertently on that diet myself.  What is it supposed to do?

AFM: my days (and nights) are spent housebreaking our new puppy!!  (Any guesses on what she is?  She's a rescue, so a mix of something...)

maof1- I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope you're able to find some peace while you heal and process this.

innacircle - if there's no one else who'd like to, I could keep up the test dates. I liked seeing it, so I don't mind keeping it going.

Scjp1109 - wow that is a long cycle. I get those but I have pcos. Fingers crossed you get a bfp

Jenny - I am taking 3000 mg of cinnamon a day. It lowers my blood sugar so I can ovulate similar to metformin. I did this dose the last 2 pregnancies when ttc although I am thinking of lowering down to 1500 after this cycle.

Maof1 - very sorry . Good luck with what the future brings.

Mygreenestgrass - good luck!

@maof1 sorry about your mc. We will understand your pain. greensad.gif

Well everyone, the results are in from my obgyn. After everything over the past 4 years and tracking egg count and everything else my doctors have done, this is my first 'normal' egg count yet. 2.3% so that's something to be proud of. Buttttttt my uterus is 'hostile' and doesn't want the eggs to stick. He explained it as one side is like 'baby now please' and the other is like 'nope I'm good but thanks for trying.' Game plan is to keep trying naturally till we decide we are ready for ivf. Which our new insurance won't cover, do DH is literally sitting here pep talking my stomach and making this awkward to type. He's literally telling my stomach to let the egg and fishy stick and to stop being resistant. In a cute voice. I'm highly disturbed.

How's everyone else?

@innacircle and @Motivated Mama what are your guys' plans re DDC's are you guys staying in Aug or waiting for Sept? I can get Sept opened now but Cynthia needs a couple leaders. Do either of you want to step up? I'm willing to help I just have other duties here as well smile.gif
post #531 of 647
Hi ladies hanging out at day 31 and still no sign of AF yet. I haven't lost hope yet because my last cycle was 38 days long so maybe the testing was done too early. The only real symptom I have is I get extremely nauseous if I don't eat which isn't normal for me. My appetite is also way up.

Sounds promising! When are you planning to start testing?

I want to wait until I'm at least a week late probably so the 28th would be the soonest. smile.gif

I took a hpt, just because because. It was one of those 88 cent ones so whatever. Obviously negative. I can't believe I'm actually annoyed that I haven't had another early period. The last two cycles were 16 and possibly 14 days. My chart marked a new cycle because I put that I had a light flow but it wasn't much and it stopped and started over 4 days. Now I'm at CD 18 (or 32 if you don't count the bleeding). If this cycle is a bust I wish it would just end already.

OH Wife! I so understand about bust cycles! Hope your body gets on track soon.

Inna- I'm so sorry to see you go, but I understand you have new things to discuss now!

Inna, Motivated, and Delighted- If you go to September, maybe you'll get to take a few more of us with you! :wink

Alive- I am so hopeful for those symptoms for you. I have heard that low blood sugar absolutely causes morning sickness.

SCJP- I really get what you are going through. I am so sorry. It really doesn't seem as though you are pregnant, even though its totally rational for you to keep wondering, especially since you saw what you thought might be a faint line a while back. Are you open to any natural remedies?. I brought on my period using some and will share here if you are interested. Your doctor can also give something to bring on your period. (I am pretty Mothering-typical style crunchy so I opt for natural first, then traditional medicine when necessary)

AFM- so my first cyle TTC I only went by dates for timing and had that awful 45 day cycle of horror, so that was a bust! On second cycle I added in some herbs and superfoods and temperature charting. Because of temps, I learned I O'd early so I am so thankful for that insight and think most women should temp at least temporarily. Other than that early light spotty period and not BDing enough in my fertile window since one doesn't learn the O date through temping until AFTER you O, it was such a great comfortable cycle.  Though I do notice more O crampy feelings from Vitex like Innacircle has mentioned.

I continue to temp in this, my third TTC cycle (but who's counting ?!)  Now this, my third cycle TTC, is my first foray into OPK's! (Planning to SMEP). makebabe.gif Yesterday I took my first OPK test because CP and CM were getting awfully but wonderfully suspicious...  I got that faint second line which means negative. I thought I'd have negative for a while since its early and I guess I am still in disbelief how early I O. But this afternoon, I got a real, true dark positive showing the surge. I feel so excited. It was so nice to finally pee on something that came up positive!! I was laughing and tearing up! I took a picture of it and sent it to DP and told him it would be a busy holiday for us! I was proud of that test like a BFP! The BFP is like the A+ final exam, but my  OPK feels like an A- pop quiz! Kinda wish I temped and OPK'd earlier. At least temporarily so I understood my unique picture a little better.

So dear Wife, can I be added to WAITING TO O only to be 2ww likely 2-3 days from now?  thanks.gif

I am going to try to stop putting myself on WTF. My body knows exactly WTF, it just doesn't tell me.

@jenjy - adorable pup!
@sahara - it's great you are finally figuring out your body's timing - hopefully this should make things more productive moving forward
@nikwhit & @nattyb - assuming no news means BFN but hoping otherwise! Let us know if there's anything to tell...
@badwolf- sorry the news wasn't better for you at the OB, but hopefully knowing will be half the battle to get to your BFP

Afm- surfing through the 2ww with family around and kids home from school. Should breeze by this time around.
saharaviolet I really hope to see more of you in September! Also, you made me smile talking about the OPKs, A-, A+, peeing on SOMETHING that comes up positive. :-)

Alivewithyou - definitely sounds promising!!

WifeofAnt -- ugh!  Why do you have to be hit with these wacky cycles?!  It was a good idea to test though, because in my opinion it's a good tool for dating especially when you aren't 100% sure what CD you are on...

sahara!!  Yay!  I TOTALLY LOVE a positive OPK myself, so I know how you feel!

mygreenestgrass, yes this is a great time for the 2WW!!  Good luck!

I hope everyone has a great holiday!

-Jen

jenjy - I don't know what she is beyond 100% pure unadulterated cuteness!  So sweet!  What's her name?

delighted - I'm sure I'll be an active member eventually but right now I'm so fatigued it's crazy.  What exactly is involved?

saharaviolet - come along gals, all are welcome!

AFM:  I am in some pretty heavy duty fatigue right now.  It seems like I only go about 3 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the afternoon/evening without needing to go to sleep.  It's crazy!  Even in between those times I am low energy and barely getting normal stuff done.

Still having mild queasiness and all the other fun stuff, but the fatigue is just knocking me down.  My first consideration was iron deficiency anemia, but I do take iron in my prenatal and I am a def meat eater.  I accompany my meals with OJ so I've got the vitamin C on board to transport the iron.  My coloring is not pale.  So I think it must be something else.  Good thing DH is around to pick up my slack!

So all is well, just tired and hoping this doesn't last forever or my house is going to be declared a biohazard zone!

P.S.  I had mono as an adult so I know first hand about strong fatigue.  This I am experiencing now is only about one notch above (less than) what I had with mono.  At least I am getting my beauty sleep!  ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
