Influenza in LO

DS (born 9/29) has the flu - positive test and everything.  DD was never sick as an infant so this is all new to me.  His pediatrician prescribed Tamiflu but I'm so scared.  He's not eating well and his eyes are all red and he just looks sick.  Any advice?  Mods, if this is the wrong forum please let me know, when I searched infant and influenza it was all vaccination related info.

Oh no!  I unfortunately am lacking in advice (first time mom here and still fantastically clueless about most things, lol), but I wish you luck and send you hugs.  :(

Havent experienced this myself(yet) but I would put some tea tree oil in a humidifier. Lots of extra nursing and skin to skin contact. Ive also heard that if you eat garlic it could pass through your milk and give them a natural antibiotic. Hope your babe is well again soon!
