OB in central Ohio who will attend a vaginal breech?

I'm currently planning to deliver with a group of CNMs, and I don't know that this baby will settle breech (he was breech at 28 weeks, but I can't tell WHAT on earth he thinks he's doing now). But just in case he does, I'd like to have a possibility up my sleeve. Does someone know of an OB who will attend a vaginal breech? I don't want a home birth, and I assume no CNMs would attend one, though I'd accept one of them as well. It's my second baby and I'm low risk in every other way I can think of.

Congratulations on your pregnancy. It looks like your post may have been missed, so I'm bumping it up for attention. :bump: Anyone have a recommendation to share?

Crickets? That is honestly kind of what I expected. :irked I bet practically nobody in this area does them. I'm going to ask on Facebook if it continues to be a problem, but for the moment he is head-down, so hopefully he'll stay this way. :1praying

If anybody does know, please let me know!

I've heard of Dr. Guy in Dayton delivering breech vaginally. It's not central OH, but worth the drive if it's the only option.

1st off let me assure you that most babies do turn head down prior or even during labor. There are many safe ways to encourage the baby to turn. if your PHCP isn't helping you avoid a breech birth to begin with, & wants to just schedule surgery, run! Find a HCP who will respect your wishes!

2nd, no doc can force you into surgery, even though some try to coerce you. Nowadays many will tx you respectfully, even if you  don't sign the surgical consent, regardless of what their hosp. policy says they should or shouldn't be doing.

3rd, I see your baby has turned, as most do. Great! However, even though I hear you aren't interested in a homebirth, if your baby should turn breech  again, I would be glad to consult with you to teach you how to safely encourage baby to turned head down again. PM me if you are interested.

Baby was born on Tuesday (and was head down), so we're good. But thanks.
