This is just more of a vent than a question. I've been eating Paleo/GAPS for a few months now (after a falling off the wagon before then) and have felt great. Up until recently, where I crave junk food. Bad. Nothing in my house looks good, I never feel satiated. I just want to order out a huge burger and fries or a pizza or whatever. You get the picture. I'm eating this way both for myself and because DS has a bunch of food intolerances that we are trying to sort out, so it's not really a viable option to have a "cheat night", although I would love it. (I'm lying, it would likely taste awful and make me feel like crap, but that's not what my brain/body is telling me). This same thing happened before, which is how I ended up falling off the wagon. My first thought is that I must not be getting enough fat (hence craving junk food not sugar or some other particular food), but I can't imagine that's the case - I eat a ton of it. Even more than junk food, I just want a piece of real sourdough bread and kefir - now THAT would be amazing!!!!
