Had our 24 week appt today. So far everything looks good. He still has a SUA cord, but it hasn't affected his growth. They estimate 1lb 9 oz. I know that could be off. He's been steadily measuring 2 days ahead. His head was a week ahead. My amniotic fluid is measuring at 20, which is the highest end of normal. My uterus is also measuring 29 weeks. Keeping an eye on it and we have another U/S at my 28w appt. (I have monthly U/S with my MFM because of my DVT) One of the things that contributes to polyhydramnios is urinary abnomalities. Sometimes SUA cords can cause kidney issues. So I'm praying that this isn't a kidney issue in him and that my fluid will have dropped a bit by next appt. I have paperwork to do my GD test sometime before next appt too. U/S tech turned on 3d and got us some face shots! She had a hard time because he kept putting his arm over his face. Overall though, everything looks good!
