Any Grain free/Paleo Momma's out there??

Grain free/Paleo mommas out there?  I am a recent vegetarian gone paleo-ish.  Looking for some recipes and some advice about baking with almond flour and coconut flour :)

I've been eating mostly paleo for about 6 months now (I still eat cheese). Fortunately there are a ton of paleo blogs out there, some better than others. I did end up getting a cookbook (Against All Grain, Danielle Walker) and I use it mainly for baking.

I don't use almond flour much because I can't handle nuts and seeds right now, but many recipes are still a good jump off point for tweaking things once you get an idea for how almond flour and coconut flour differ.

 Blogs I read and like:

Against All Grain

nom nom paleo

paleoOMG (a bit long winded for me, but good recipes)

my paleo crockpot

welnness mama (not strictly paleo)

empowered sustenance (lot of nut free)

I'm wanting to buy Well Fed 2 for more dinner ideas, because like you I was previously vegetarian before switching to paleo. Most of my books are veggie and hence grain and legume based.
