I'm on my second post partum cycle and am still bf a few times a day, for only a couple of minutes each time.
I've been charting and my follicular phase seems long, (last month I O'd on cd 21 and this month I'm on cd 17 with no O yet and still neg OPK). I was researching about soy isoflavones and there seems to be some promising info about it helping with shortening the follicular phase.
Is anyone using this or has used it successfully? Also, is this contraindicated with bf? I couldn't find any info on that.
