Anyone else HUGE :)??

Ladies, I'd love some commiserating...

I bought a new pair of jeans about four weeks ago, and here I am, five weeks along and I can't wear them anymore. I can still button them up, but it's not pretty and it feels terrible.

This is my third. With my first, I was in maternity wear at 11-12 weeks. My second, it was week 8. Looks like I'll be breaking out the preggo box this weekend.

I know this seems like shallow stuff. It's not like I'm deeply troubled or anything, but it's kind of an awkward time, when you aren't telling people yet, but your belly has other plans. wink1.gif.

I'm in the same boat! Especially in the evenings. Happened with my 2nd pregnancy too. It's like my body is saying "Oh, you're pregnant again? Well let's do this!"

I was saying something to my husband through text about how I don't know how long we'll be able to hold off testing. That night we were at a music class and I came walking across the room towards him and he said "Wow! You really do look pregnant already!" Ugh!

i was unable to fit into my size 6P that i just pulled out and filled my closet w/.  it happened about a week ago.

but it's not my belly, it's my hips and butt.  i get pregnant in my butt and breasts first.  so now i'm rocking some super padded curves.  back up to a size 8 and growing.

i have wardrobes from my size 6 (which apparently is 'i'm gonna be pregnant in 2 weeks') up to size 14.  and i just break them out as i grow, and then go back down.  i don't actually need maternity til 18-20 weeks (based on my last pregnancy, number 5) but am already out of smalls and into med shirts, and my bigger bras.

i just put away all my small underwear and broke out the ones that can double as sails on a boat if i ever need.  or parachutes.  whoohoo for sexy!

I will be 5 weeks on Sunday, but already feel like my belly has just given up on having muscles. Gonna have to wear maternity jeans so early this time around!

My last jeans purchase happened to be super stretchy, YAY!  I really think they may last me til the end of my first tri.  Fingers crossed!

I went to my bff's DH's birthday tonight. She is pregnant with her first, and I haven't told her yet. Her mom, however, came right up to me, completely sized me up, staring at my belly, and said, "Adrienne says that you are trying to get pregnant?" I guess I look pregnant, at least to a mother of three who is a little more intuitive than most. I just laughed and said, "Ya, we've been trying for a while..." I should have worn a bulkier sweater.

I am already wearing maternity pants redface.gif by the end of each day I seriously look five months pregnant. I know it's just bloating, but has definitely started much earlier this time. It is my fifth baby, but I am only five weeks! Usually I can stay out of maternity pants until at least eight weeks.

My stomach muscles have so given up I felt I looked 6 months pregnant before I got pregnant.  The up side is no one who knows me will be making any guesses.

Yes!! Attributing it to bloating. I look 5 months pregnant and it's been 17 years since my last pregnancy.

Hahaha! Yeah, me too! This is #4, and at 5 weeks I'm already showing as much as I did at 16 weeks with my first. My body's like, "Ok, we're doing this again? Alright - don't need to suck it in anymore, sister!" I've been feeling so FAT, but DH is awesome about reminding me that it's not fat, it's baby...this time next year, it will just be fat. :lol   Going to work tonight - If I can get my work shirt buttoned over my boobs & belly, I'll be stoked. But there's a chance I'll pop a button and it'll put somebody's eye out...better go with the stretchy pullover sweater.

Still lol-ing on the super sexy parachute undies. Those will be broken out soon enough. Gap makes such comfy maternity undies, btw!

I was really working out hard before I got pregnant and loved feeling like my clothes fit well again... Although I'm not in maternity clothes yet, I am loving the stretch pants today. [sigh] I'm 5 weeks with my 3rd and this baby is only the size of a grain of rice?! lol

My DH keeps telling me I'm beautiful. I may not feel it but it sure is nice to hear!

Big yay for sweet DH's~!  <3

For me it was like as soon as I hit 6 weeks I noticed I had a belly.  Today I was like..."Oh...I'm pregnant." lol.

5th pregnancy here. I am definitely already showing a belly, in fact, DP noticed it before I tested last week! I guess my body is just going right into preggo mode. :)

Its almost unbelievable how pregnant a person can look at 6 weeks along, only my yoga pants fit and I feel like wearing maternity pants this early is just not ok! Haha. But what else can I do? How am I supposed to hide it still?!

And grand multiparas kewl.gif

I don't feel huge yet, but I do prefer loose clothing since it is more comfortable. smile.gif

Back before I got pregnant, I could make my stomach relatively flat if I sucked in really hard. I tried that the other day and I swear I just shrunk down to my pre-pregnancy belly. And that was like the not breathing kind of sucking in. :-/
