EEEk, ned help, vitamix seized!

I am making home made nutella for gifts this yr. I THOUGHT if I put ALL the ingredients in the blender, that it would be a done deal. Not so much. Last night I put in 4 cups of soaked dehydrated pecans and walnuts, 1 cup of coco powder, 1/2c maple syrup, 1/2c honey, and a tBs vanilla extract.  And thats it! after a few minutes in the blender, the nuts were ground and things seemed to be going pretty well... until It didn't. Very quickly the oil separated and rose to the top, and the rest was hard and solid. After that, nothing I did re-blended it. So I left it to cool overnight since at that point  the mix was hot and it was late. Fast forward to this morning, I tried to re-blend it once it had cooled overnight, but the mix was like concrete in the blender! AND then the blender seized! So I carefully dug out the mix and put it into a stainless pot over low heat on the stove... STILL separated, and no amount of elbow grease  seems to be reintegrating the oil back in.  My husband is suggesting I let it cool again and THEN try to hand mix it....

Any more suggestions? Experience?  I'm almost afraid to try and make more! I DO have enough to make another batch, but I'd rather not use all the ingredients just for this.. and then what do I do with the flop?

TIA, Danielle

Alright ladies. I fixed it!  lol, it took a few hrs, but I did it.  First I tried remelting it, then cooling and smashing. But the sugar crystallized and the solids were rock hard. I decided to try a small amount of the rocks in the blender with some pumpkin I had cooked and refrigerated the day before. This turned out pretty good, but the prevailing flavor was pumpkin. The texture was great, almost like mouse. I tried again with some left over black coffee from the morning, BINGO! I made more coffee and blended the whole batch of rocks with black coffee. Awesome mocha latte flavor and fluffy mouse texture. I chilled it overnight, and the result was a nice thick mouse I could eat off the spoon, which I did while making the roast today!!!!!
