I'm only 5'0 though so I worry about putting on a ridiculous amount of weight.
I just walked a lot even if I could only walk around the block lol! Towards the end it gets hard with a big belly! Any little bit helps....lots of water would keep me from over eating too! I also find at the end if pregnancy you actually feel full bc the baby is pressing on your stomach! At least I did but I have big babies!!

I was my moms smallest and was 8 lbs so big babies is a definite possibility for me. smile.gif I just hope I don't crave a bunch of junk food ha ha.

I'm trying really hard to not be nary at DH, but he's been an idiot this week. We got in one night of DTD but I am not confident about it taking. He got stupid drunk the other good times. Other than that, I have been vomiting for the past 48 hours. He went to the store twice and brought back pepto bismal and alka seltzer. They are two immediate no no's and he knows that. Obgyn gave a list of ten plus items I can't have and they're the top two. I kinda feel like he's trying to sabotage things right now. Or he's just being an idiot. Ugh.

I wanted to let yall know that my surgery is scheduled for tuesday. I was shocked they are able to get me in so fast. They called yesterday while I was working so it was kinda hard to have a conversation with them about numbers and all. :/

That is fast! At least you're that much closer to finding out some answers! I used to be friends with someone that had that surgery. She never got prego, but her DH had also had a vasectomy reversal. And hers must have been really bad cause she had that surgery at least 3 times over approx 5 years...

AFM: still haven't tested. I'm shocked with myself. If my averages serve me correctly, AF should arrive tomorrow. I'm thinking of testing cause I'm going to the lake tonight and will want to have some drinks. But idk....I hate seeing that stark white! My temp is still rising. Does everyone's drop when they're fixing to start? Or can it stay up then plummet once AF arrives?

IDK about everyone, but theoretically, it should fall the day or possibly the day before AF comes, because the progesterone drops rapidly. Mine always does, except for my last several miscarriages. I start bleeding even when my temps are still sky high, and then they fall very gradually over 3-4 days before I'm even under the cover line. That's partly why they've been so hard, because there wasn't any warning  that the miscarriage was coming.

SORRY!

DH forgot the test. He's got a lot on his mind and by the time he got home and realized he didn't have one, all the stores within 30 minutes were closed and he told me to wait till morning. I'm off to the store now. Sorry. It's driving me crazy not knowing.

@rosie2727you have to test lol I can't wait to know!
My best friend found out she was pregnant today! Are cycles are around the same time so while I was excited for her I was disappointed that AF came for me! We found out our insurance sucks this year too! The deductible is so high I would have to pay for every office visit and a good portion of the birth. I had a c-section with my last child and while I am going to try for a VBAC next time I don't want to get stuck paying for a c-section if it goes that route! So if my husband can't change his insurance we are going to have to hold off until the fall when he has open enrollment again and can pick a better plan. However the premiums will be a lot more so I feel like it's a loose loose!! I'm feeling very discouraged!

Hi ladies- just checking in!
@rosie - my temps usually started to dive in the two days before af- so test again already!! I'm dying to know of you'll be joining us in the sept DDC
@siuann good luck with the surgery- hope all goes well
@badwolf- so sorry about your losses and all that has been going on lately.
@naturallymo- sounds like you have started on a very hopeful path with your dr. Good luck!
Afm- about 6 weeks along now, nausea is my constant companion, but it's oddly comforting. All else is going well. Baby dust to all!

Wow! Y'all are def tempting me, BUT after I googled it, it sounds like it's also pretty common for some women's temps not to fall until AF arrives - sometimes it can even take a few days. So I'm trying to stay grounded here. I soooooo hope this is a good sign tho! Sometimes my cycles are 30-32 days even, so maybe it's just still early. They are usually 29 tho and have been for several months (which probably means I'm due for a long cycle - just to throw me off)! At this point I'm too scared to test. I will be so upset to see that BFN...

We're kind of on the same boat insurance-wise. We're looking at a homebirth for our vbac, though, so we'd end up paying out of pocket anyways since our insurance only covers a few specific midwives in the area. They all work through hospitals that have atrocious vbac rates so I haven't even considered them. From what I've been finding, paying for a homebirth completely out of pocket is going to be cheaper for us than DS's birth was with the insurance, even if he had been a vaginal delivery.

Congrats! @CrystalMarie

Wow!  That's great, CrystalMarie!

Looking forward to your testing, rosie.

Thanks for checking in, mygreenestgrass!  Good to hear from you.

Good luck with the surgery, siuann!

AFM CD7 here...nothing much going on.

Congrats crystal!

My nipple soreness has disappeared which I think is a good sign I ovulated.. My first cycle I was a sad because I thought it was a pregnancy symptom but I know better now. Anyway dh and I tried four times this week so I think we have a great shot at a baby this cycle. It's nice to have my timing figured out this cycle. Anyway now I am in the dreaded tww trying to just love and live life and not obsess about anything.

Here's a brief history of my attempts so far:

1st cycle-35 days long, tried at cd 11-17 so was a little off on the timing of O. Had nipple soreness a week later and assumed it was a pregnancy symptom but now pretty positive it was ovulation.
2nd cycle-pretty positive i didn't ovulate had no typical ovulation symptoms and AF never came
3rd cycle- only just discovered I was in it due to nipple soreness and ewcm(my ovulation indicators so far). Hopefully this will be our bfp since we tried this whole week when the symptoms were here.

rosie- sorry :(

@rosie2727 your BFP will happen soon! Till it does, enjoy a drink and put your thoughts elsewhere.

AFM, I think I'm in the tww crowd now or close to. There's a slim shot that what little deed doing occurred had any affect, but I'm not fully ruling out his swimmers or the high fertility after miscarriage myth. I'm calling it a myth because not one book agreed about it. We shall wait and see I guess. On a positive note, I have a job interview Monday with a construction company to be their office manager and bookkeeper. It would be nice since my personal business takes a nose dive this time of year.

I got a faint positive this morning.  I definitely got my grandmas' fertility genes (they had 8 and 9 kids) - this is our first month trying for our 3rd and we DTD once!  Man, it's a good thing I've always been super careful with BC.
