I had my miscarriage at 8 weeks, when my normal AF would have been had I never been pg. I bled (w/lochia) for 10 days and my next cycle began after 28 days, as usual. We did try to get pregnant that first cycle - didn't happen. After that, I don't think we really tried, but we did hope and let things happen. It was 6 months before my BFP with DD3. Let me tell you too - that baby is RESILIENT. I am also a rainbow baby. My mother lost her first to a heart defect at 3 days old. I like to think that I'm pretty resilient too. wink1.gif

Badwolf, I've missed 3 periods in my life (not late, just exactly two 28 day cycles), even with pcos, and all 3 were only directly after 3 of my miscarriages. But then the other 6, I had regular cycles right away... That's my experience.

Thanks ladies. My DH is hoping that because the obgyn said women have their highest fertility after mc, we will get it on the first shot. So he's hoping I don't get my AF on the 30th and that I'm not having irregular changes. Id love for it to be that easy, but I'm not getting high hopes like him. It's been emotionally straining enough trying to process the mc, my brothers death, and all the other stresses over the past few weeks. Blah. Thanks for dealing with my rants. It's appreciated so much. <3

Hello wise ladies! Just an update (and a question or two!) I started charting a week ago, and my fertilty friend chart looks ever so wonky already, so I've omitted one temp (CD4) and its made a big difference in making it look like more regular charts. Is this cheating? Do you keep in anomolous data? I'm happier with it now than before, but don't want to fool myself into thinking I'm 'normal' if there's cause for concerns. I'm considering vaginal rather than oral temps next month to see if its more consistent. Thanks in advance- I wouldn't know where to ask without you all!

I just started charting last month. So idk....I did chart 12 ish years ago but don't recall what I did. I do remember tho that once you get into the routine of doing it, it tends to normalize some. I think the nervousness and excitement of it affects your temp at first. But once the redundancy sets in, you should see more normal temps. I do think that if you have like 1 weird temp per week, you could safely replace it with an average temp to smooth out the line. When I started last month, it was all over the place (but I was sick too). But so far, this month, it has been textbook normal. Only on CD4 tho.

Boo, what's up AF?  Alas...  We'll try again next round...  Back to Waiting to O.

So looking all the way back to October my first +OPK was on CD20,November it was CD 19, Dec CD 18 and now today Jan CD 17 it is positive.  I still observing CM as my main way to detect ovulation but the OPK are so tempting to follow too.  CM seems hard to detect when BDing on the daily. Nothing has been obvious.  Anyway, it would appear that my cycle days between AF to O is progressively getting shorter.  Good thing or bad thing? My temps are so all over the place it is hard to tell anything but that.

I would think that's a good thing because then you can have a longer luteal phase. smile.gif

8 DPO and we couldn't be any more excited to test next Wednesday . Mild cramping and nausea along with being really exhausted and just wanting to lay in bed when I get home ha ha heat also makes me dizzy right now. Other then that I feel great and have a good feeling about this cycle. I just want next week to hurry up so I can find out if my husband and I are just crazy lol. smile.gif

is that a first response?  those are usually really good, and very sensitive.  what makes you think that's an evap?  How long after you took it did this show up?  I've never seen an evap on a frer.

SCJP that is a torturous line - I'd be calling it a positive because there is colour in it. Did the lines appear much after the processing time? Are you able to retest soon? That's what I'd be itching to do. I've been reading your posts and you have had a really trying time lately, so I'm hoping this is the light at the end for you smile.gif

The next day after I took it cuz when I took the test and looked at it never seen a line then when I looked at it next day this was here and it's been a few days since I took it and I just took this pic of it so I would say its an evap both test same brand look the same
post #335 of 495
Well I didn't see it til the day after test and this was with fmu.. I Thot I could see very very faint line when I took but couldn't tell
post #336 of 495
this is both of the test that were taking cpl days apart and at least 4 days ago lol so I think the first response test gives bold evaps after few days u think
post #337 of 495
Wee on another stick smile.gif if its been a few days since they were taken and you are growing a treasure then the line should show up a little quicker. I'm excited foor you!

yes, take another test. I didn't think first response had evap lines, but I could be wrong.  if it is an evap, that is the most convincing one I've ever seen!  that really looks like a positive.

Looks like a positive to me. smile.gif good luck and keep us updated!

Well this test was taken 4 days ago would the line be that bold if it was evap??
