@bohemianmama, yes, I do. But I have a heart rate monitor and I know how much I burn when I exercise. I've heard it recommended that you eat half of your exercise calories back that MFP calculates for you, since it's notorious for overestimating.

Lost 2 more pounds and now am weighing (or is it weighting?) 218. I started with 221, 8. Last week lost 1, 8lbs and this week lost 2lbs. Sooooo happy!joy.gif Today i've eaten a looooot so i guess i'll just have to exercise more than i usually do.

We had guest for a week or so and i got a little sidetracked... don't know exactly how i managed to lose weight. How do you deal with all the yummy food that's available when you have people over? I sometimes feel like eating a ton of food and wish self control was some sort of virus that i could catch if i just stay near thin and healthy eating people when they sneeze or something...innocent.gif

190. My rings are tight and I feel bloated. My period should be here in a week or so. 5 lbs gain in one week, after walking 11 1/2 miles and playing in 4 hockey games and not overeating, seems off. I need to drink more water this week. That should help.
Oh and my team won the division championship game! So much fun and lots of exercise.
