8 week Healthy Weight Loss Challenge version 13 (starts Jan. 6, enrolling through Jan. 8) - Page 9

I lost track of time!

Down one to 218.

63.2kg (139.3lb)

am amazed with my progress this week & i could litterally "feel" i was lighter (... than i have been for so many years)

133.6 lb

that is 60.6 kg

& for my height, apparently, that is 24.9 in BMI = I MADE IT !!!!!!

discussed with one of the doctors who follow me (various issues ...) and she suggested i should aim for 56 kg, which would put me at 23 of BMI

(have just worked out that this means another 10 lb to go => 123.5 lb)

so am going to carry on with phase 2 of the Zoe Harcombe eating plan which i've been following (with forays in "phase 3" when i had "extras" every now and then ...) for the last 3 and a half month ....

= i'll be signing on for the next challenge, but now, i only have 4.6 kg to loose .... and am no longer supposedly overweight (that is a big weight off my shoulders too !!!) which definitely makes me far less stressed out about food !

Awesome job, IsaFrench!!!

149... ds had a bday party and we were on vacation all last week... i am not too sad about the small increase.

186. Sigh.

177.2, which is less than I thought it would be after 2 weeks of sitting around at the hospital. DS is home now and recovering. He will need physical therapy to regain strength, and his nursing is still not back to normal. But we are so grateful that he will fully recover!

Here is the new link for the next challenge.  I am hoping to keep the losing train going since I am breast feeding.

184.5. Up this week. Not enough exercise. The usual up and downs before it goes back down again.

I'm still at 218 this week. Too much Olympics watching and not enough activity!

228.  My pants are starting to feel big!

Well, challenge 13 is over!  Our biggest overall loser was IsaFrench with 5.6 percent of her weight gone in 8 weeks!

Yellow is the overall winning team with 15.38% of their weight gone!  Spring is just around the corner although here in Michigan you wouldn't know it for the piles of snow everywhere but the feel is great to get out and do something and move more!

THANK YOU ever so much for taking the time to record it all .... i didn't realise it at the time (18 months ago ?) but having made the commitment to post every week has really really helped me not to give up on the days and weeks when i felt i was going backwards a bit ...

i now weigh myself (and DH and DD1) on a Sunday morning as a routine ... so right now am looking forward to posting my current weight, tomorrow morning on the new thread ... only 9 pounds to go now ... but am already feeling much better with myself, after 12 years feeling stuck as regards to my weight ...

233.9 today.  Bleh!
