1001 MINUTES CHALLENGE FOR THE NEW YEAR!!!

Heyyy!

I'm back for the challenge!!

Do 1001 (yes, 1001, just for January) minutes of exercise this month and feel great!

What are you into?

 

I'm starting a 21 day cleanse so I want to slowly start getting back into shape and lose weight.

This month I was to take daily walks/bike rides/yoga sessions. So, everyday something for at least 30 minutes!!

Starting strong!

 

01/01 -

01/02 90 (60 bike + 30 walk)

01/03 30 (10 yoga + 20 bike)

Happy New Year to you....  So glad you're back.

 

I'm all in!

 

I chilled in December a little and only did 1200.   I'm all in for 1500.   Lately, I've been doing more weights and short cardio (30 minutes)....I plan to bump up my running to 60 and 90 minutes sessions.   That's what gives me joy so that is what I'm doing....

 

Here I am so far:

 

1/1  -  40 minute run with Hubby

1/2  -  nada

1/3  -  65 minutes at the gym - cardio and sculpt

1/4  -  50 minutes at the gym on the treadmill

1/5  -  65 minutes cardio - 60 running and about 5 stretching/cooling down

1/6  -  nada

1/7  -  nada

1/8  -  60 minutes in the gym - 30 cardio and 30 sculpt

Well, this is embarassing... Can't even keep up with my own thread...

Been busy, doing that cleansing and cooking and prepping and grocery shopping all the time. And I'm fixing to start babysitting in the morning before I go to work, so muuuuch more busy... BUT I'll get some more bike riding in since it's kind of far from my house AND make more money while spending time with my own DS as well!

 

Anyway, so I won'tcount my 10 min bike ride to work since it really isnt exercise...

 

01/01 -
