Do 1001 (yes, 1001, just for January) minutes of exercise this month and feel great!
What are you into?
I'm starting a 21 day cleanse so I want to slowly start getting back into shape and lose weight.
This month I was to take daily walks/bike rides/yoga sessions. So, everyday something for at least 30 minutes!!
01/02 90 (60 bike + 30 walk)
01/03 30 (10 yoga + 20 bike)
