Hey folks - finally checking in for January. It's been a very busy few weeks so I didn't do so well with the OPKs and didn't start acupuncture either. I'm fairly sure that O was Monday and we got in tries on Sat/Sun/Mon. So the TWW begins!
Sandie - I'm so very sorry for your loss *big hugs* I hope the D&C goes smoothly and that your body is ready to jump back in the game quickly. The positive attitude you're showing is really admirable - we should all get attached to our future babies and not all the fuss and mess that goes in to making them.
Mama - what a lot of follies you have! Such a great sign - I'll cross my fingers tightly for you! I hope you're feeling better too.
Hopeful - *big hugs* What a rollercoaster -my body has given me similar mixed signals in the past and I've doubted those same Wondfo tests - but so far AF always eventually shows up. Still - I'll be crossing my fingers that your BFP is imminent. (side note, I just sold my old cottage - a 1910 bungalow up in Sacramento. It was tiny - but so cute.)
Fille - Did your temps stay downand do you have an estimate for O yet? I'm curious if things delayed long enough that you could get a second insem in!
Darcy - It sounds like you've got a very full TWW to keep you distracted. I more week to go! Good luck with the kitchen remodel - how nice that you get to make it your own. We just did rosewood laminate floors in the great room this week to stand up better to the kids (DD will be 3 in April, DS(foster) is almost 16 months). I really like having my own touches in the house - everything exactly the way I want. Also, last cycle you asked about my progesterone. I'm using Emerita pro-gest cream which is a basic over the counter med. This short LP may be driving me out of the DIY method and back to the RE if I don't getter better results soon.
Lea - I've never done medicated cycles but when we were trying for our first the RE gave us the option of doing clomid just in case. We're always having the conversations about what our next steps would be. We did take the foster-adopt route and I'm happy to answer any questions you might have about that. WA will be different than CA - but it's still nice to have someone to ask about things. We have an amazing girl who's nearly 3 and was our very first placement at only 2 days old. DS has been with us a year this month but still has no end in sight to his process and he's our 5th placement.
Agrex and Twomommy - Very belated congratulations to you guys!
I hope I haven't missed anyone - hard to get it all in.
