I am HUNGRY today people. It's not the bone grinding nauseous painful hunger that I had in the early weeks but just a steady desire for more more more food. I feel sick after I eat but I just keep feeling like I need more food. I keep trying to aim for good choices. Notice I'm really jonesin for 2 things...fruit (as in strawberries and mangoes and fruit juice) and protein (like tuna salad and pumpkin seeds).
