Mine is to lose 20 pounds over the next 4 months. Seems reasonable, yes? But I have no plan! I posted on another thread about starting a daily yoga prctice but that's more to increase my balance, strength, flexibility and feel good overall. What can I do that I can stick to to drop 5 pounds every month? I've cut gluten out of my diet almost completely since I found I am sensitive to it. I rarely eat things with sugar in them, opting for fruit instead. I try to limit the amount of food I eat but I seem to just not gain. I want to lose! So, what would be the best approach - cut my calories or do something more intense than yoga? Anyone else have a weight loss resolution built on clean foods and an exercise program that isn't too strenuous or time-consuming?
