Green smoothies? - Page 2
Sometimes for my smoothies I'll cook a big bunch of kale and then have it in the fridge to add throughout the week. I don't do raw dark greens. I usually do a banana, frozen random fruit, nuts, milk, gelatin , chia seeds. Sometimes I add: avocado, coconut oil, raw egg yolk, yogurt. I also really like adding cinnamon to my smoothies.
