So very tired

Going on 34 weeks and 1st trimester fatigue has hit me again. I slept early last night, and somewhat late this morning. Here it is about 3 hours after I got up and I can barely keep my eyes open. Anyone else?

I feel like the tired never really went away but since i started supplementing with floradix and liquid clorophyll for mild anemia i have slightly more energy.

I've been so very exhausted throughout the pregnancy. My iron stores were low from the beginning.... was trying to up that with iron rich foods, etc. Had my results back from blood work done at around 27 weeks and my iron stores were completely depleted. Started iron supplementation and upped my greens intake and have been feeling much better. Tired still but feeling more normal for this stage of pregnancy.

With iron, I heard eating a few prunes a day are the best form of iron. You can eat 3-6 or so and see if it helps

Raisins too... you might already have those.

Mmm I just had some raisins this morning! I'll ask my Dr to check my iron levels at this next appt.
