I fee like now is a great time to start (or maybe should have sooner) a thread on exercise. Labor is very physically and mentally exhausting. This thread is about getting our bodies physically prepared for labor through routine exercise. Not only is this important for labor but it will help in our pregnancies, the more fit we are the better we should be able to handle the extra weight, the better we should sleep..etc.
It can be difficult to get motivated to exercise especially in February! So lay it out, what is your exercise plan. Every week report how you did. I'll keep a record of the participants and their latest weekly status report summary in this first post. Getting started is the hardest part. So let's post every day for the first couple of days on our progress.
