I have made many changes over the past 2 years and thanks to minimalism, I have been finally to push through and come out the other side triumphant.
I decided, at 39, to leave my soul sucking, hire blood pressure inducing, unhealthy lifestyle behind and pursue my dream of working with people and help them with their health and well being. I want to teach yoga and work instructing people on how to live a well balanced healthy lifestyle.
I was told over and over that I would never succeed, so I stayed at the stinky job way to long. I finally was pushed when my blood pressure reached 187/125 one day and I was sent to the ER.
Minimalism has been a great tool to help me 1. Organize all aspects of my life 2. Pursue what I truly love.
I won't die rich but I will die happy and on my terms.
What is it about being almost 40 where you don't give a fudge anymore about what others think?
Anyone have a story as to how minimalism is helping them in their life?
