CHOCOLATE! It's crazy. It's just blech to me while pregnant.
Chocolate is nauseating but... get this... I've been forcing it down because it's the ONLY thing that is easing my overwhelming irritability. But irritability is the wrong word. More like so EFFING pissed off NO ONE is safe.
Meat is nauseating (although all I craved was meat until like 6ish weeks).
My favorite pasta dish that I make sounded great once a few weeks ago and now my stomach turns thinking about it. It's my go-to, I don't know what to make now! Eggs are gross, too. Avocados... gross. I'm kind of forcing things down because usually the things that sound gross are exactly what I have on hand at home. Like, if I go out and buy it, it's guaranteed to sound like the grossest food on the planet by the time I get home.
With my first I couldn't eat chocolate, and the weird thing is he LOVES chocolate, he is obsessing about his 4th birthday coming up, he specifically wants a chocolate cake with chocolate covered strawberries on top!
With my second I really wanted sweets, but ate a more balanced diet overall.
The funniest thing about this thread is that with all 3 pregnancies I literally CRAVE cooked celery all the time. Mmmmmm.
