Hello from me. From several years, I have a problem with obesity. I try to find a solution but to no avail. Now I thing to use a weight loss product. What do you think about it?
Drink more filtered water, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables (more whole fruits and vegetables than juice), cut down on grains like bread, and eat enough fiber so you can have a bowel movement regularly.
It's possible that taking at least one tablespoon of virgin coconut oil daily could help speed up your metabolism too.
One other tip: I replaced my morning bowl full of granola with a baked omelette that lasts 4-6 days along with a small piece of fruit like a kiwi and so far that is helping, too.
Healthy diet and exercise is key!! Don't waste your money on 'diet' pills because they only work for a temporary time and it isn't actually getting you to be healthy. Find some exercise programs that you enjoy. If you aren't used to exercise, join a gym that offers group classes and take brisk walks regularly (outside if it's nice is always the best!) to get your body used to moving around regularly. A healthy diet consisting of lots of veggies and no sweets or junk food will also help tremendously. Also remember to drinks lots of water and try to not drink any sugary drinks such as soda and even juices! Natural things only
NEVER ever use diet pills. It probably has some side effect that will come out years from now. Losing weight comes from a healthy diet + exercise. But more of a healthy diet. 70% diet, 30% exercise. Try not to eat fried and processed food. Reduce intake of starchy carbs. Have a healthy dose of omega-3 from time to time (salmon has a good amount of em).
I couldn't agree more. Diet pills and medications are merely a bandage. The real change needs to be creating healthy routines and lifestyle habits. Regular exercise doesn't need to be a gym membership. It can be walking more, climbing the stairs in your home a few extra times, and gardening or raking leaves in the fall. Switching out beverages that have added sugar or even fruit juice for water and herbal teas can save hundreds of calories per day as well. And some tea can even help give you extra energy and boost metabolism, like green tea or herbal teas like moringa or yerba mate. There are healthy and natural options out there that won't break you financially or cause unhealthy side effects.
Have you considered Paleo diet? It has worked for a lot of people.. Just google for it - no fancy 'products' to buy... just cutting down grains and increasing proteins and fats will get you where you want to go. It is not really a diet but change in lifestyle and the way you eat. You are not cutting carbs - but cutting grains and sugar. You'll still get a lot of carbs from fruits and some root veggies like sweet potatoes, parsnips, etc..
In the past when I've tried the paleo diet, I've lost 9 lbs per month easily... without starving and stayed there by following the same lifestyle I am too skeptic of products that promise weight loss but have a lot of side effects.
My mom had tried a lot of diet pills, weight loss pills, etc.. Nothing really worked.. All they caused were side effects and screwed her metabolism. The only things that work for weight loss are healthy diet in right portions without starving AND exercise. Nothing can replace these 2.
Don't use weight loss product, you can lose weight naturally if you keep yourself motivated. Exercise daily and have a healthy and proper diet. You can achieve your goal by doing this regularly. Try some sports or enroll to a fitness class. You can do it, it is better to go on natural than taking those weight loss products.
I agree with others about the diet changes. Eliminating wheat and similar grains from your diet is a great way to shed extra pounds. Don't use margarine or vegetable oils either, because they are so bad for your health. Once you start eating healthy, it gets easier!
Losing weight takes a good diet, exercise, and patients. That is the only healthy way to lose it and keep it off. Have you that about at home workout programs. PiYo Workout is a great one to look into- I did this with my friend last year and it was great. Chalene made workouts that you can start slow on and as you get better you can begin to push yourself further. It also comes with a meal plan which really helped me learn how to eat better. I hope this helps and stick with it.
That is true pills won;t help you if you lay on a couch and eat cakes!! Some harmless, natural weight loss supplements MAY HELP you to lose weight but ONLY in combination with diet and sport. But I advise you firstly start with healthy life style not some strict diets! When your organism get use to new food style, it will be much easier for you to follow it till the rest of your life! and of course do not forget about 2 litres of water per day, sport and a big smile!! Be healthy and happy, good luck to you!
I'd say try and get more fruit and vegetable in your diet. That's the main change I made to my diet when I wanted to lose weight.
That and I cut our anything fizzy.
Hi there,
Any exercise is a good exercise! Start with whatever you enjoy and motivates you the most - yoga, walking, biking. If a class in the local fitness works the best for you - do it there.
Try to eat less but more often and make smart choices. If you crave something, before you grab it from the pantry, drink a full glass of water. Maybe you will not want it after that.
I personally take green coffee bean extract and garcinia cambogia. This 2 supplements work for me. They work slower than the other weight loss medicine but I prefer them because they are natural. I buy mine from amazon or organicsfs.com . Here is a link to amazon http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00K6H64KWhttp://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MU38B2Y
For myself, my coaches and my clients interval training has a huge impact on fat loss with regards to time it takes to see results but also with muscle retention and growth.

I have an elliptical, it very help me. I not go to gim.I did a lot of research before buying it. I use it everyday and I've already had a ton of luck losing pounds, inches and gaining muscle.
It all comes down to diet and exercise. Like PPs have said drinking enough water and considering something like the paleo diet to cut ties with things like sugar are great moves.
As far as exercise is concerned, for me, finding an exercise routine that fit my schedule that kept me engaged was the most important thing. I always had trouble making it to the gym so I decided working out at home was the way to go for me. They're intense, but I swear by Beachbody workouts. If you keep up with the program you will see results! You can try their stuff online with a 30 day free trial to see if it's something you can get into to
A regular exercise, drinking plenty of water at proper intervals, and eating fruits and veggies with high anti oxidants can be a great way to loose weight.:thumb
