Something similar to a New Native(but better/comfier)?

I've only ever used two slings, a Nojo with my now 4 y.o. ds (wore him til 10mos.) and currently using a New Native with my 9.5mos old ds, we've used the NN since he was 2 weeks old. I think I'll be wearing him longer than I did my other ds. I'm wanting another pouch style sling, I love the simplicity of it. I'm wondering if there's one that is more comfy. Oh, I'm 5'7 and fairly thin build, using a size small NN (sometimes it feels too small), if anyone has size suggestions for the new sling (we have really hot summers too, so he'll be in just a cloth diaper when I wear him this summer most likely). I've looked at hotslings and a couple others I can't remember, just not sure what to get. Thanks.

***edited to add, babe is 9.5mos, 21lbs & 29 inches long, and is a sling napper and I've started tring the hip carry****

For a pouch style sling definately checkout www.hotslings.com She has some really funky patterns (and some more mellow.. lol) I've heard nothing but good about her slings. (currently trying to get my hands on one...lol)

Also, shoulder flips make a world of difference. Flipping the top layer of fabric will bring your baby in a little closer to you and make it more comfortable. THere is a picture of it on the tentoes site.

Yes, they do, but you can't do it with the NN since they tack the shoulder. If you were willing to cut open that tack, you may find that you like your NN a lot better.

We did cut that thread on the NN, it was getting annoying as he got bigger. Thanks you guys, I'll check that stuff out.
