Fit/Sizing: Fits me perfectly. Offered in several sizes with a chart.
Performance: Excellent. I have several carriers/slings and I reach for this one most often and use it for hours a day. Easy to get on and off quickly. Baby is secure and happy.
Workmomship: Beautiful!! The fabric is gorgeous and it is well sewn and sturdy. I have washed it several times and it still looks the same as the day I got it. It came beautifully packaged in a nice little mesh carry bag.
Customer Service/Communication: A+ Zenasia and Rebecca answered my questions right away and sent me a close up photo of the fabric I was interested in upon request. Shipping was very fast.
Would you purchase this product again? Yes! I wish I could have more in different fabrics and colors!!

Additional Comments: I love this sling also because it is so compact and can fit into my diaper bag. It is not padded and does not feel cumbersome in anyway. It is also a really cool fabric pattern.
