You did great! I LOVE the Noah's Ark print one. I made two blankets for my first little babe(he is 6.5 now!)out of that fabric. They have snuggled all three of my little ones.

Thanks! I kind of felt bad cutting up the blanket, but I knew it'd make a cute diaper. It's not the most absorbent thing, but the hemp one seems to be doing a heckuva job--Owen's napping in it right now.

Hi... I'm jumping in on this to say how amazing those diapers look!

I have had the honeyboy pattern sitting on my craft table (actually, at this point it's pretty buried) and have been intimidated to start trying diapers and covers (not much of an experienced sewer). I think that the idea of starting off with an old receiving blanket or such will give me the courage to try!!!

Hooray for all you moms who are doing it and encouraging us lurkers!!!
