Fit/Sizing: OSFA. Harder for small breasted women if using the traditional way.
Performance: It is more complicated than a sling, but really good for my back. I have fibromyalgia & if I wear it in the traditional way, there are no straps to strain my back. It was harder to find a nursing postion that was comfy, but I will play with it more. I have had 3-4 people comment (good) on it when I wear my 2 YO in it.
Workmomship: Excellent!
Customer Service/Communication: Great. She was very patient with me picking fabrics.
