Hey Jojo
I was just wondering about you the other day when someone started the "Members you haven't seen for a long time" thread. It's good to see you back, even if you haven't been having the greatest time while you weren't around.
I don't have much time, but just wanted to say the above and that you can do this! It's tough, yes, but it's something you figure out over time.

I just remembered one thing that I used to do, right in the beginning of my single life. It seemed like early evening was a hard time for me. So, I would just take the boys and go for a walk. They alternated picking which direction we would go and never realized that it was my therapy.
Just doing something, with the loves of my life, made all the difference. I still find myself dropping everything and just playing with 'em when things get overwhelming............
And, this group is so wonderful. It is comforting to hear that other people are going through and feeling some of the same things you are.
You can do this. Take it slow and take care of YOU.
