Two words: It's HILARIOUS

Oh good! My dd and I have plans to see this the first weekend day that it rains around here.
I think Lindsay Lohan is adorable.

I heard they made fun of homeschoolers quite a bit. Is this true?

I almost took my nearly 10 year old to see it, as we enjoyed 13 Going on 30. After hearing some stuff, I'm getting the impression that the PG13 rating was very correct, with talks of oral sex and gang bangs! (whereas with 13 Going on 30, I didn't find nearly any of it too much for my daughter!)

This is a movie for high-school aged girls. It is not for anyone, IMO, 13 or younger.

As for making fun of homeschoolers, it didn't jump out at me as an offensive, repetitive joke or anything. The protaganist is a homeschooled child who is portrayed as way ahead of the rest of her class in physics, and takes a Senior physics class.

Having said that, it was hilarious and made a point about being how being mean to others can get turned around, and you end up being the recipient of other's mean behavior.

I saw this too and thought it was really funny, but not in a realistic way. I must be totally out of the loop but some of the things that went on in this movie would never have happened at my school. That said I thought it as hysterical
