If you breastfeed one time

Some time back, maybe a year, someone posted something, a quote I think (I"m really on a roll with the specifics, eh?) about the benefits of breastfeeding. It was along the lines of:

If you nurse your newborn once, then x benefit.
If you nurse for two days then x benefit
If you nurse for just a week then x benefit.

I liked it because it was very positive about the effects of bf even for just a short time, very encouraging of mothers to start (and of course, continue.) Does this ring a bell for anyone? I would love to give it to a friend.

This is the PERFECT thing for me to pass along to a pg friend. She's not sure at all if she's going to bf'd and I want to give her some info without being too pushy. KWIM?
