Yes, she totally wrote him differently. It actually kinda pissed me off (I like Lestat for what he's worth). I didn't care for Lestat in this one, at first, but then, I tried to view him as someone who grew up and matured a little. I was able to tolerate him,then.

Don't get me started on that! That pissed me off so much! I'm getting upset again just remembering reading it. That was so poorly written! (honestly, I think this was her most poorly written book, as far as having ppl act out of character. but it was still enthralling!)

I thought he was written in a very obvious way. Nothing that happened to him surprised me. (well, the twin situation surprised me a little, but only b/c I just couldn't figure out what his spirit's deal was)
I thought Quinn was a horrible main character. I found myself not caring about Quinn, but wanting to know more about the characters surrounding him. Did you feel that way?
