Prohibited HBAC in SC

I am gonna post this information in a couple of different forums so that it can be read, and (hopefully) acted upon by many, many people! I rec'd this info by email list group today.

Oh no this really sucks! I live in SC...thankfully I did not have a C section but a friend has and has talked about having a homebirth next time... can you tell me where I can find out more info on this law, and when it was decided upon?
