It's been working just fine for me with the AIOs I've been making for my kids (microfleece inner, flannel middle with pocket for extra stuffin's, and ProCare outer).
The appeal with me was that it was less expensive than regular PUL and would stand up to virtually unlimited hot machine washing and drying. (We have a looong, humid winter here, so line-drying is a seasonal luxury.)
I'd say just make sure to use a stretch (not ballpoint) machine needle (I use a size 11/80 so the holes won't be too enormous) and let the needle holes seal themselves in your first hot dryer run, and sew with your ProCare facing down on the feeddogs (unlike regular PUL, the smooth side of ProCare is the "right" side). Depending on your machine, you may need to gently and rhythmically "nudge" the layers along right close to the presser foot with your hand/finger on the left while sewing.
BTW, I turn, but don't fully topstitch, as I don't like the look of the stitching on the waterproof barrier. (I'd be curious to know whether anyone else skips the topstitching.)
HTH!
