Come look at my soaker!

It's my first try at crocheting a soaker. I just had to show it off to all you CD'ing mamas. I'm so proud of myself! DS seems to like it too! I think I'm going to try making some soaker shorts next.

Anyone know of any WAHM's that sell crochet soaker patterns? I have the Fern & Faerie pattern, but I'm not much of a knitter.

Now to dye or not to dye. . . .

Great job! That looks sooo good!
Hmmm...I love the natural color, but dyed would be cool too!

Great job! And your son is adorable! I am having the same dilemma with "to dye or not to dye." I just finished knitting my first soaker and I am not sure what to do with it.

What pattern did you use for those? They are great!

Good job mama! That deserves a up! One of my piano student's mother is making up a pattern for me to use to start crocheting a soaker for Ross.

I didn't use a pattern, I just made it up as I went along. I would like to try a pattern though, so if anyone has a good one, please let me know.

ETA: I think I will dye them, just so I can give that a try too. Off to bye some Kool-Aide

I like it!!! I want to be able to make one too some day. I dyed my own though, see, it is SO not a manly color but it looks good on DS. If you like the colors I can tell you what I did.

I generally don't like crocheted soakers, I think they look bulky, but that is one BEYOUTIFUL soaker! Nice job!
