I thought Antonio Banderas was amazing, John Cleese did an awesome job and Julie Andrews cracked me up!

Anyone else who has seen it please report here! Let me know your favorite parts.


Here is one of mine:

I loved the part where they are lowering Pinnocio down to save Shrek & Co. and they need him to lie so they say "just say you are wearing women's underwear" and well, you know the rest......


That part was so immature and silly but for some reason it made me laugh so hard......

Ooooh, that sounds fun. I loved Shrek. Can't wait until my kiddos are old enough to share it with them.

Okay, I didn't look at that spoiler but I really wanted to. We are going today to see it.

Last month, Dh was out of town for a month and I was on my own with no break for that time and was getting loopy. I stopped by a local thrift store with the hopes of finding some cheap kid movies. Well, I found this movie in a nice box called SHREK. It looked like a kid movie and, well, I paid $3 for it.

Oh, my. What a hysterical movie! We've watched it over and over again and I was delighted to see on Letterman that Shrek II is out.

(Shrek came out during a time where we didn't watch TV at all and we lived very remotely and were just starting a family. We just missed it.)

So in a few hours, I am venturing to the theatre with the twins, and older two. If they can sit through a Yankees/Mariners game with no problem---they will be fine in a movie. I sure hope so, b/c I can't wait to see it......

Thanks! I am still waiting for someone to come here and let me know what you thought about it! I was lucky to see it Wednesday. I realize many will see it this weekend.....

We saw it last Monday (2 days before it opens) because my BIL got us free passes to the premiere. We all loved it!! Dh LOVED the innocent kitty eyes. I loved the whole thing and of course the 9yo loved the farting. Becca (the 9mo) was a bit difficult and wiggly so I let her crawl around in the entry area so I could still see the movie.

We never go to movies as it is just too darn expensive for us. My sister usually takes the kids every now and then. This is one even I would pay to take the family to.

I LOVED this movie. DD and I went on a date to see it, and we laughed so hard. I loved Puss in Boots, and yeah, his eyes...too funny!
Oh, I just loved all the scenes...and Shrek...was SEXY :LOL

Totally want to see it again!!!
