NOTHING appeals to me. I know I am hungry but I'm having a really hard time finding anything that doesn't disgust me.
I'm really active and nursing too, and I generally have to eat a lot to maintain my weight. On top of that I used to have wine with dinner or a dark beer in the evening, and now those calories are gone!
Any ideas???

I am starving all of the time. Some times it is a struggle to find something that sounds good but I seriously feel like a garbage disposal - I am eating around the clock!
