i've seen a few of these, but would love to know if anyone has any new ideas on how to get back in gear in the bedrm (or wherever!). Ds is 5 mos old, eats some solids, bfeeds a lot. I don't feel exhausted or drained or anything, just not able to get into sex. Dh is great, very sweet, helpful, etc. any new ideas from anyone?

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

here are some things that I recommend to clients:
*Consider doing some self-nurturing: getting a manicure or pedicure, massage, etc.
*Start slowly - incorporate more loving touches and words into your daily life with your partner, perhaps writing sweet romantic (or hot!) notes to each other
*Take vitamins and drink plenty of water!
*KEGEL! This gets the blood flowing and often will increase sensation and lubrication
*Read some hot steamy love stories or sexual stories - there are a ton online
*Self-pleasuring - the more you pay attention to that part of your life, the more you want.
*Think about what makes YOU feel sexy - for some women it's all about "fixing themselves up", for others it's being told that you are wanted.
*Ask for what you need - specifically. No time for assumptions or unspoken requests - there often isn't alot of time for leisurely relations....
*Create a mini-date night for your partner - or do it for each other. don't have to go anywhere, use your imagination at home!
*Expect to be interrupted and frustrated
*Many times women will not feel into it, but will engage their partner and often they find themselves really enjoying it!
There is a great book written by the women at Good Vibrations called The Mother's Guide to Sex - they have amazing suggestions and so much knowledge! I highly recommend this book! Here it is at Amazon.com: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...31304?v=glance
