I am thinking about taking this preperation, because I have a history of long labors...26 and 27 hrs.......anyway, I have been looking online and not having much luck with finding this formula.....where do you buy it?

A little history.......I am having a HB w/ a LM........I have been drinking RRL tea, and just started taking EPO by mouth this week.......any other suggestions for an easier labor? BTW, both of my previous ones were in a hospital with no epidural and no pitocin, but working that hard for that long was very hard (I didn't dilate or efface at all prior to onset of labor) I would really like to do anything (safely) possible to make thinkgs a little easier.

Thanks!

Pn-6

Is now known as Pre-Natal Tea its made by Dr.Cristopher. A quick search should get you his site or another that sells it. Like you I had a history or long labors (about 10,11 to me that feels long especially cuz I was at home) so with my 3rd I decided to try PN6. I was very happy with the results. I had about a 4 hour labor and consisten contractions (another worry of mine my contractions were very erratic). Baby also came a day before her edd another thing women who take pn6 or 5w boast about (going before, on their edd but no more than a couple of days over) This was just an added plus since I dont mind going over its just the long labors I would like to avoid.

Im due again in early July and have already started taking my PN6 on Tuesday. Your supposed to start at 34 weeks with one a day then every follwing week you add another till your drinking 6 capsules daily at 40 weeks.

You can also find some info about it in the archives at www.gentlebirth.org under herbs. HTH
