Do you have a vibe?

Anyone feel like it's a boy or a girl?

I *knew* it was a girl with my first pregnancy and it was!

This time, I'm not as confident, but I really have boy vibes. Plus, I keep accidentally saying "he" or "him" when I talk about the babe. It's weird, because the last pregnancy I said "she" from the beginning, even before an u/s confirmed girl!

I don't have a vibe, but my mom, who has not yet been told I'm pregnant, had a dream in which she's taking care of my newborn daughter while my #1 goes off to school!

Vibe or no Vibe...this one had BETTER be a GIRL!
They did a quick ultrasound with my third at 20 weeks and said girl but it was some ridiculous doctor and not my lovely homebirth midwives. The whole u/s took under 1 minute and he was so confident. I made all these little sweaters and cute hats and called him lydia and he is definitely a boy.
After three boys, I think I DESERVE a daughter. Plus, we did not plan a fourth and I would like to believe that part of God's plan(which I still don't quite get yet) is that I won't spend my life a little disappointed that I never had a daughter. I sound like a real stinker, huh?

DH and I both have a feeling it's a boy. Secretly I really hope it's a girl but of course will be happy to have another healthy babe.

With my first, I knew it was boy - and I was right! Before I even confirmed that I was preggo this time, I knew I had a little girl growing inside of me....

Well, I hoped for a girl. But dh knew it was a boy, and i also had a vivid dream about Jakob before he was born ...

..I haven't had any premonitions yet this time, or dreams. Dh thinks its another boy. We shall see!

I knew my other ones were boys. With my second one I kept it out there that it *might* be a girl, but, really, secretly, deep down inside- I knew he was a boy.

And you know, I really think this might be a girl. I don't know why, I just do. Everyone else thinks it will probably be another boy, but I'm not so sure. Of course, it could be wishful thinking.

Last time, the vibe was 'boy', and everyone around me thought the same. I admit I had no clue, really, so when our doula said "It's a girl", it wasn't that big of a surprise. I really wanted a girl, so I think I convinced myself it was a boy, so I wouldn't be disappointed if it was a boy (nothing wrong with boys, I just have hangups, and I really wanted to get to use all those frilly dresses). I have a hard time trusting my intuition in general. I did get the sense yesterday that this baby will come very early, as in born this calendar year, not Jan 2005. And I wonder if it's twins, though there's no history. If I had to guess, I'd say girl, but I really have no clue. A boy would be nice, too, though I have no idea how to raise one. I never had brothers growing up, only a couple males cousins, my parents split when I was two, so I didn't have a lot of strong, positive male influence.

Oh my goodness P&A, we are having the same experience! Dh and I totally think the babe is coming in this calendar year as well, and that we may have twins, and we have absolutely no basis for this strange thinking at all. Then the other day, my 3.5 y.o (only child so far) was reading a story to my tummy and he kept telling me he hears TWO in there!!! What??? He hasn't heard any of the conversations dh and I have had. So today I was calling to see if I can get an u/s and find out. But my neurosis wore off and I'll do my best to just be content to wait and see what the midwife says. Did you know this early on they would have to do an internal u/s?? Um..I'll pass on that if it's not necessary.

And for the "dreamers" out there, I have been having dreams since the beginning of the year about a little girl. And when we saw a psychic in Sedona a few months ago, she told us twice that we had a big baby energy around us. The month that we got pregnant, we have no idea how. We don't remember having the kind of sex that would make a baby during the time that would make the baby (following NFP). So...guess this one really wanted on board! We are so excited!!!

But if I could just keep food down..... where's that pukey smiley?
