I have a friend that the Dr. is only going to give her 3 more days-does anyone have any ideas on how to naturally get it started? She is dialated to a 4. She has had sex, done stairs, walking? We only have 3 days.

Do a search on "induction" in this forum. That should provide you with a ton of ideas.

find a new provider. ugh.

she has a right to say no, you know. women shouldn't be told what a doctor is going to do to their bodies.

If someone were asking me , I would say neither the mother nor the baby is ready. Fortunately, there is no induction police ! Mother has as much right to refuse an induction as she does to consent to one. She's the paying consumer here. It sounds like some assertive communication w/her HCP would be beneficial if she'd like a different outcome.

Isn't it odd, three more days sounds like it will fall right before the weekend. How strange
