Shannon - have you seen the book Potty training your baby I found it a lot easier than doing EC, which I really couldn't since Jack was at the office with me. That might have been a little too much, even for my great coworkers! I started using the techniques in this book when he was about 7 months old (and by using techiques, I mean I was pretty lazy and did them when the mood struck). He is now almost completely potty trained at 22 months and has never complained about the potty and it has been an easy, positive experience. I think the strongest thing about the book, is that when you start them on the potty so early, it become second nature, as opposed to something to rebel against at two!
