Question about patio tomatoes--

It looks like something is cutting off the blossoms before they bloom--could this be cutworms? I don't see evidence of aphids or any other insects. These are on a second floor balcony. What's a good natural insect repellant? Thanks in advance...

Squirrels are getting my cherry tomatoes and almost everything else except the chiles!
I don't know what it could be...but I am having similar problems.

I was having the same problem-I just read that you can mist these with warm soapy water(dr. Bronners will work and it's natural) and it will keep most worms and also grasshoppers away. I just tried it on one of my patio tomato plants so don't know yet if has worked but it hasn't seemed to hurt.
