Performance: awesome! This is a very comfortable sling. I have the black silk pheonix and it is beautiful. I wear it easily with jeans or dressy attire

Fit/Sizing: small, med, large

Performance: I love it. This sling is stunningly beautiful and works well. I own another zolowear sling (red cotton). The silk is somewhat heavier than the cotton. I have the old style rings.

Workmomship: I agree with the previous poster, the workmomship is perfect.

Customer Service/Communication: Outstanding. Darien, the owner, goes out of her way to give exceptional customer service. Darien is also a LLL leader and a leader in Attachment Parenting International.

Would you purchase this product again? I have two Zolowear slings and plan to buy one of the pouches.

Additional Comments: The hardest part about buying this sling is picking which of the gorgeous silks you want for your very own. It is expensive, yes. But it is fabulous!
