? for Sewing Machine users?

I have a used Kenmore looks like maybe 10 yrs old? I do not have a manual and need to know anout maintanance and where it needs to be oiled and dusted/ cleaned. Any help? Please.

also I don't know how to use the dials to get different cam stitches?

I take mine to a sewing machine shop and have them do a tune-up once a year or so. Well worth the money!
