How much yarn do I need for longies?

My mom being the wonderful person she is, is knitting some longies for me. But the pattern she has (LittleTurtleKnits) doesn't list how much yarn is needed. Anyone know?

I'd say usually 2 skeins, but if you're having it custom dyed I"d buy 3 just to be on the safe side so they all match if you need the third one.

I don't use the LTK pattern, I made up my own (with my Mum's help!), but I'd guess it takes a minimum of 5-6 ounces depending on the size you are making.

hey, I think your mom left me a message, I haven't had a chance to get back to her yet, LOL!

For the 6 and 9 mo, you'd need about 5 ounces
