Erika. I know exactly how you feel about your mood being ruled by your temp. I definitely developed insomina in anticipation of taking my temps every morning. Then one morning I threw a fit because my temp dropped one full degree...and dh took my thermometer away...
Thinking of you today. Big, big hugs...

Anna-- hope your "portfolio" takes a turn for the best very soon!

Velvet, sorry it's not your month
Erika, its' not over yet...

All those stories of a pre-baby presence are getting me really psyched because I've had some really interesting "visits" during meditation these past few days. I also have a lot going on in my belly, but I put it down to my acupuncture treatments. Maybe there's more to it than that. Off to meditate more and see if "contact" occurs again...

hugs to all

M

AS if this day could get any worse... DH called and I was telling him how down and upset I was that this isn't our month and he LAUGHED. He told me to just relax and it would happen!!! It took all my strength not to freak out on him. GRRRRRRRRRRRR. I gave him supreme sh*t for laughing at my feelings. Big stupid jerk.

Velvet I am sending you the largest hug Take care of yourself today...

Not too much to say here... I am sending you all love and Belly Blessings!

(Jess are you feeling better? Shannon, I hope your honeymoon is going great! Erika, KHA!)

I finally thought about it for the first time today, and I think Af will be due sometime this weekend, if she comes. Monday, if I have a 14 day LP, which I haven't had yet. So, if I make it past monday, I might think about testing...

cd 8 Time to GIO

I think I'll write a GIO song.

((((((((Velvet))))))))))) I'm so sorry sweetie. Be good to yourself today. rebooting sucks ass

(((((((Erika)))))))))))I'm going to kick your hubby's ass. He needs to get with the program. Big I try not to get too hung up on a single temp... but I rarely succeed.

Alexis.... can you be tempted to test before monday??? I could use some happy news!

Anna.... : very funny! I'd invest in you.. cause I know in the long run... it's gonna be a high temp for at least 9 months....

Raven Kate and Shannon... here is your daily dose of I swear I'm gonna write a sticky baby song (oh I just had a flash of genius... unfortunately it involves Brittney Spears - and I can't stand her....)

Off to write my sticky baby song....

16dpo

Velveteen - I'm so sorry!! AF bites!!

Erika - Shame on DH!! : Silly men - haven't they figured out by now that laughing at their mate's emotional pain is not the proper response???

Still no AF here and mighty naseous (however, might be from crab cakes last night). Haven't tested yet - was waiting for DH to get home from business trip. Will probably test tomorrow.

QUESTION - new doctor prescribed progesterone to go from O to AF, or O to 12 weeks pregnancy. Progesterone to start next cycle. If I am pregnant, I won't have a new cycle. Since doctor confirmed progestrone deficiency (perhaps cause of November m/c), should I start progesterone as soon as I confirm pregnancy???

W4B - what the heck are you waiting for!! You're 16 DPO!
Korin, the only thing that might make me test early is if I puke! Other than that, I am waiting til at least tuesday, and probably more like wednesday, cause I don't want to waste a test!

that said, those puppies do call me sometimes... and we have a new dollar store nearby, and there's so many families in this area, it might have dollar HPTs...

Erika - Last time I was 17dpo when I started AF. It was too, too hurtful, so I decided to wait. Hmmmm - there is a drug store down the street!!

Any thoughts on my progesterone question? Or are all you waiting to find out until I test? My last positive test was very, very faint at 22dpo. I miscarried a few days later.

The Sticky baby song

There is a young fetus she is in my uterus
Her hcg and her progesteron are her big hormones
She makes me feel nauseous and feel tired to the bone
Waiting for the second trimester, week 13 a must

And as the HCG rises he digs into my womb
I'm thinking about puking and all of my fears
And closing my eyes I could sleep through a year
He sings out a song which is soft but it's clear
As if maybe someone could hear

(chorus)
Goodnight you moonlight mamas
Rockabye sticky baby james
High HCG and temps are the answers I seek
Won't you let them go up in my dreams
And rockabye sticky baby james

Now by the first of september I'll relax and be safe
I'll pass through this trimester and enjoy the ride
Until then I'll sleep and try not to hide
With 4 weeks behind me and 36 more to go

There's a song that we sing when we finally get a BFP
A song that we sing when we have to go pee
A song that we sing of their home inside me
Maybe you can believe it if it helps you to sleep
But singing works just fine for me

I would start it now... in fact, like your dr said, I think doing it from O on would be a good thing... can you call your dr and ask?
Well, others may have other thoughts and I'm not an expert but my thought is you could start progesterone now, then test (maybe even blood test if af does not show say at 20 dpo). That way if you're pregnant, you're already covered, and if you're not, you can take a break from the progesterone until the next. Unless I'm missing something, the worst that would happen is you would make this cycle a little longer if you're not pregnant. But if you're stresses about being pregnant and p-deficient, then it may be worth risking it. Any chance you can talk to doctor or nurse m/w directly about this?

My left ovary area is feeling hot and achy. Dh is in for a warm welcome home from work!

Korin and Dani, I am loving the new songs!

Maybe I'll have one this weekend, too
