Has everyone already seen their OB or midwife?

If you're already been, when is your second appointment?

I went when I was five weeks pregnant because I had my annual scheduled anyway! My second appointment is this week. I wonder if she will try to listen to the heartbeat? I heard it very early with my daughter!

I have been to my MW twice, the first time I was 7 weeks (to confirm I was prego, which I knew I was....but was freaking out because it was a HUGE surprise as DD was only 10 months) I had my second appointment at 11 weeks and we heard the heart beat, how SWEAT it was...made it real!

My next appointment is July 10...I will be 15 weeks....

I've been twice: at 6 weeks and 10 weeks (last friday). Didn't hear the hb, but the placenta is pumping great!

insurance starts july 1st and I will be in my 11th week. i feel this is a normal pregnancy (i had two ectopics between ds2 and ds3 but they removed the offending cystic ovary). i don't see the early appointments as essential, and i am still trying to find the right midwife (my first homebirth was in chicago). i want an ultrasound at 17 or 18 weeks for dating and a full lookover. for now, I am trying to deal the best i can with three other kids 6 and under. i have a retroverted uterus anyway and can't hear the heartbeat really early.

I've been once - my 1st appt was at 10 weeks. I had an ultrasound and saw the little peanut and a heartbeat. My 14 week appt is this coming Monday. I'm excited and nervous and praying we can hear the heartbeat.

I went to my first one at 8 weeks. Next one isn't till July 15th.
